Human Genomic DNA, Male, is comprised of a pool of ≥ 8 normal donors. It is intact DNA extracted from freshly harvested whole blood of healthy males. DNA is treated with DNase free-RNase to remove residual contaminant RNA.
Human genomic DNA can be used for a variety of molecular applications including PCR, southern blotting, and DNA library construction. It can also be used as normal reference DNA for comparative genomic hybridizations (CGH).
