The Enzo Life Sciences’ Control RNA is prepared from homogenized HeLa-S3 cells. This product is ideal for use as a positive control with the Enzo Life Sciences’ Single Round RNA Amplification and Labeling System in both the 10-reaction manual and 100-reaction automation friendly versions. In addition, this product may also be useful in RT-PCR, Northern analysis, ribonuclease protection assays, cDNA synthesis and in vitro translation.

Quality Control:	Performance Testing: Reagent concentration is determined via the Nanodrop ND1000 spectrophotometer. RNA integrity is verified by capillary electrophoresis using the Agilent 2100 bioanalyzer. Minimum Specifications: - Concentration should be 100ng/μl +/- 10%- 28S to 18S rRNA species ratio = 1.7-2.0 - Reagent must be clear and free of any solid particulate
