PML SUMOylation site peptide (human), (recombinant) (GST-tag)

A peptide representing the sequence of the primary PML SUMOylation site (Lys-490) and its surrounding amino acid residues (485-495) acts as a target protein for in vitro SUMOylation and has utility as a substrate for SUMO chain formation.
