Application:	Deubiquitinylation assays using small molecule substrates (e.g. Ub-AMC) or ubiquitin-protein conjugates. Studies of the tumor suppressor BRCA1, its interactions and associated proteins.

Miscellaneous/General:	BAP1 is a BRCA1-associated ubiquitin C-terminal hydrolase. It shows homology to members of the ubiquitin C-terminal hydrolase (UCH) family and exhibits deubiquitinylating activity in vitro.
