Fluorogenic substrate for deSUMOylating enzymes. SUMO1-AMC is a sensitive fluorogenic substrate for deSUMOylating enzymes, including SENP1 (Prod. No. BML-UW9760) and SENP2 (Prod. No. BML-UW9765). It is a particularly useful reagent for the study of deSUMOylating activity where detection sensitivity or continuous monitoring of activity is essential.
