Product Description

The PR (proline and arginine rich) series of peptides have been shown to interact with subunit α7 of the 20S proteasome, interfering with the efficient movement necessary for the gating mechanism. The effects observed appear to be remarkably substrate specific in vivo. PR26 is a synthetic peptide derived from the first 26 N-terminal amino acids of PR39.
