Western Blot analysis of BML-PW8765: Lane 1: MW Marker, Lane 2: HeLa lysate, (Prod. No. ADI-LYC-HL100), Lane 3: HeLa S100 fraction, (Prod. No. BML-SW8750).
This antibody has been used for immunofluorescence. The image was captured on a confocal microscope and is a projection of 17 images taken at 0.4µ intervals through the cell nucleus. The cells are human primary fibroblasts fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde and permeabilised in 0.5% Triton X-100. BML-PW8765 was used at a dilution of 1:1000 and a goat anti-mouse secondary antibody labeled with fluorophore 594 (Molecular Probes). (Data courtesy of Dr. Carol Shiels, Imperial College, London.)
