Product Description

DAPH-7 induces remodeling of Sup35 prion-specific intermolecular interfaces to create
morphologically altered aggregates with diminished infectivity and self-templating activity. Inhibits Sup35 NM domain fibrillization with an IC₅₀=3.4µM.
DAPH-7 remodels β-amyloid (1-42) fibers and inhibits their de novo assembly. Selective PKCβII inhibitor. IC₅₀ is 410nM for PKCβII vs 3.8µM for PKCβI.
