ω-Agatoxin TK is a peptide toxin from the funnel web spider Agelenopsis aperta. It is a selective blocker of the P-type Ca2+ channel (IC50=15 nM). It also blocks a Q-type-like Ca2+ channel in rat hippocampal neurons with low sensitivity.
