HLA-G (human) monoclonal antibody (MEM-G/1) Immunohistochemistry
Figure: Immunohistochemistry analysis (AEC visualization) of paraffin embedded section of human lung carcinoma using Prod. No. ALX-805-704.
The antibody MEM-G/1 detects HLA-G molecules in activated macrophages infiltrating lung carcinomas.
The expression of HLA-G in myelo-monocytic cells infiltrating lung pathologic tissues could alter antigenic presentation and contribute to decrease immune response efficiency, subsequently favoring the progression of tumoral or inflammatory process."
