Recommended Dilutions/Conditions:Immunohistochemistry (paraffin sections: recommended dilution 10µg/ml, positive tissue: spleen, microglia; frozen sections)
Western Blot (Recommended dilution: 2µg/ml in buffer containing laurylmaltoside, 2x non-reducing SDS; SDS-PAGE (6% separating gel, 4% stacking gel)
