Immunogen:	Recombinant mouse ANGPTL4 (angiopoietin-like protein 4).

Specificity:	Recognizes mouse ANGPTL4. Weakly cross-reacts with the coiled-coil domain (CCD) of mouse ANGPTL4. Detects bands of ~18 and ~62kDa by Western blot. Does not cross-react with other ANGPTL family proteins.

Application:	ELISA (direct and indirect: 1:500-1:5’000) Western Blot (1:500-1:5’000 using ECL. Suggested blocking and dilution buffer is PBST containing 0.05% Tween 20 and 5% skim milk. Suggested incubation time is 1 hour at room temperature). Optimal conditions must be determined individually for each application.

Use/Stability:	Stable for up to 6 months after receipt when stored at -20°C.

Handling:	After opening, prepare aliquots and store at -20°C. Avoid freeze/thaw cycles.
