Figure 1: Peptide dot blot: 50pmol or 10pmol of the indicated peptides corresponding to aa 12-31 of histone H4 and containing either unmethylated, or mono-, di-, or trimethylated lysine 20 were spotted onto a PVDF membrane. After blocking for 60 min. in 3% NFDM in PBS-T, the membrane was incubated for 60 min. at RT with anti-H4K20me1 MAb (5E10-D8) (Prod. No. ALX-804-674), dilution 1:5, and processed for Western blotting.
