Miscellaneous/General:	The ether-a-go-go related gene family of K⁺ channels (HERG/Erg) comprises three members, HERG1/Erg1, HERG2/Erg2, HERG3/Erg3. HERG channel activity is relevant to tumor cell biology. It controls cell proliferation, especially in leukaemias. HERG channels are thus considered diagnostic and prognostic factors in human cancers, as well as targets for anti-neoplastic therapies.

No. ALX-804-652) (dilution: 1:25).Method: HL-1 cells were blocked with 1% BSA in PBS for 30 min on ice and then incubated with MAb to HERG1 (human) (A12) diluted 1:25 in 1% BSA in PBS for 2 hrs on ice. Cells were then fixed with 2% paraformaldehyde for 30 min at RT and blocked with 5% donkey serum in PBS-T (0.05% tween) for 30 min at RT and then with donkey anti-mouse alexa 488 secondary antibody for 1hr at RT.
