Figure: Western blot analysis of extracts of mouse liver tissue (80µg) were resolved by SDS-PAGE, transferred to PVDF membrane and probed with MAb to ANGPTL3 (human) (1D10) (Prod. No. ALX-804-635) (1:1’000). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-mouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and an ECL detection system. Arrows indicate ANGPTL3 proteins. Upper is a full-length protein (~63kDa) and lower is a cleaved form of ANGPTL3 proteins (~35kDa) (see [2]).
