Specificity:Recognizes membrane-bound and soluble folate receptor (FR) α.
Crossreactivity:Does not cross-react with mouse or rat folate receptor. Does not cross-react with the β-isoform.
Applications:Flow Cytometry, ICC, IHC (FS), IP, WB
Recommended Dilutions/Conditions:Western Blot (avoid reducing reagents; use 0.1% SDS in transferring buffer). Suggested starting dilution for all applications is 1-10µg/ml

Application Notes:Not recommended for IHC (PS).
