No. ALX-804-138).Method: Rat TART-gp34 cells (5x105) expressing surface mouse OX40L vector (thick line) or TART-1 parental cells (dotted line), were incubated on ice for 30 min. in 50µl FACS buffer (PBS, 5% fetal calf serum, 0.02% azide) containing 1µg/ml of MAb to CD134L (mouse) (blocking) (MGP34). After washing in FACS buffer, FITC-conjugated antibody to rat IgG (Prod. No. ALX-211-051) was added. Cells were incubated on ice for 30 min., washed and then analyzed by flow cytometry."
