Crossreactivity:Does not cross-react with human P-glycoprotein, MDR3 P-glycoprotein, MRP1, MRP3 or MRP5.
Applications:ICC, IHC (FS)
Recommended Dilutions/Conditions:Immunocytochemistry: Use 1:20-50 dilution on acetone fixed cytospin preparations.
Immunohistochemistry (frozen sections): Use 1:20 dilution on acetone fixed frozen sections followed by incubation followed by incubation with rabbit anti-mouse IgG and a monoclonal mouse APAAP complex. Alternatively, after incubation with the primary antibody (1:20) and washing, slides can be incubated with biotinylated rabbit anti-mouse IgG and streptavidin conjugated to horseradish peroxidase.
Suggested dilutions/conditions may not be available for all applications. Optimal conditions must be determined individually for each application.
Application Notes:Immunocytochemistry: cytospin preparations
Immunohistochemistry: Suitable for frozen sections, not recommended for paraffin sections.
