Goat anti-rat IgG (mouse Ig adsorbed), (R-PE conjugate)

ALX-211-053-C050 50 µg 186.00 USD

A frequent cause of high background staining is due to non-specific binding of secondary antibodies. High quality secondary antibodies are crucial to obtain good staining of targets that are normally harder to detect, for example due to low expression levels. Interference caused by endogenous immunoglobulins can also result in poor detection. Secondary antibodies specifically adsorbed against cross-reacting immunoglobulins will enhance results. Prod. No. ALX-211-053 has been adsorbed against cross-reacting mouse immunoglobulins for reduced background in mouse samples.

It is recommended for use with the following products:
ALX-804-010 MAb to FasL (H11)
ALX-804-128 MAb to BAFF (Buffy-1)
