210-903-1
Figure: Western blot analysis of CARMA1 using PAb to CARMA1 (AL220) (Prod. No. ALX-210-903).Method: Jurkat T cells (8x106) were activated with CD3 MAb (TR66, 10µg/ml) and protein distribution of lipid raft (R) or non-raft (S) fractions was analyzed by detergent fractionation and immunoblotting (1:2’000) with ALX-210-903 in nontransfected Jurkat T cells.
210-903-2
Figure: Immunohistochemistry analysis of CARMA1 using PAb to CARMA1 (AL220) (Prod. No. ALX-210-903).Method: Human T cells (clone 6396p5.1.2) were incubated with CD3 MAb for 20 min. on ice, followed by incubation with secondary goat anti-mouse for 15 min. at 4°C or 37°C. Cells were stained for CD3 (green), phosphotyrosine (red) and CARMA1 (1:100 dilution; blue) and analyzed by confocal microscopy.
