Specificity:	Recognizes human and mouse CARMA1. Detects a band of ~130Dka by Western blot.

Cells were stained for CD3 (green), phosphotyrosine (red) and CARMA1 (1:100 dilution; blue) and analyzed by confocal microscopy.
