Figure: Detection of endogenous MyD88 in mouse EL-4 and human HEK 293T cells.
Method: Cell extracts from EL-4 (1) or 293T cells (2) were resolved by SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions, transferred to nitrocellulose and incubated with the antiserum to MyD88 at a dilution of 1:8000. Proteins were visualized using a peroxidase-conjugated antibody to rabbit IgG and a chemiluminescence detection system.
