IMMUNOGEN: Synthetic peptide corresponding to aa 54-64 (F54LRAPpSWIDTG64) of human αB-crystallin (CRYAB) phosphorylated at Ser59.
SPECIFICITY: Recognizes human, rat and bovine αB-crystallin. Detects a band of ~20kDa by Western blot. Does not cross-react with the unphosphorylated protein.
