Formulation:	Lyophilized. Contains no preservatives.

Immunogen:	Purified human bone sialoprotein (bone extract).

Source/Host:	From rabbit.

Reconstitution:	Reconstitute with 20μl or 100μl distilled water.

Specificity:	Recognizes human and rat bone sialoprotein. Does not cross-react with human osteopontin or osteonectin.

Application:	ELISA Immunocytochemistry (1:100) Immunohistochemistry (paraffin sections) Western Blot Optimal conditions must be determined individually for each application.

Long Term Storage:	+4°C

Handling:	After reconstitution, prepare aliquots and store at -20°C. Avoid freeze/thaw cycles.
