Recommended Dilutions/Conditions:Immunocytochemistry: 1:500. Dilution buffer: 50mM TRIS, pH 7.5, 150mM NaCl, 5% milk.
Immunoprecipitation: 1:50. Dilution buffer: 175mM sodium phosphate, pH 7.5, 100mM NaCl, 1% Triton X100, 0.5% sodium deoxycholate, 0.1% SDS, 0.1mM EDTA and protease inhibitors (0.17µg/ml PMSF, 27µg/ml aprotinin, 0.5µg/ml leupeptin, 0.5µg/ml pepstatin, 0.5µg/ml chymostatin, 0.5µg/ml tosylphenylalanine).
Western Blot: 1:5,000. See also separate Western blot protocol.
