R-PE-labelled recombinant human annexin V is suitable for dual staining experiments to detect phosphatidylserine whilst cell-surface protein can be detected with a suitable MAb (FITC-labelled or labelled secondary antibody). The fluorochrome R-PE (phycoerythrin) shows red fluorescence (Ex(max): 495-564nm; Em(max): 576nm). Exhibits anti-phospholipase activity.
