Biological Activity:Trypsin-like serine protease.
Specific Activity:~2.5U/µl. One unit is defined at the amount of enzyme that releases 1nmol of AMC per min. at 37°C in the presence of 50µM Boc-Gln-Ala-Arg-AMC.
