No. ALX-201-373) in THP-1 cells.(A) THP-1 monocyte cells were serum starved for 16h and then stimulated with ANGPTL4 (Coiled-coil Domain) (human) (rec.) (500ng/ml) for 1,2 and 3h, respectively. The cell lysates were subjected to immunoblotting with antibodies against pERK1/2 or against total ERK1/2.(B) For PD98059 (MEK inhibitor) treatment, cells were treated with 20μM PD98059 for 30 min prior to adding 500ng/ml ANGPTL4 (Coiled-coil Domain) (human) (rec.). After 3h of incubation, the cells were further subjected to Western blot analysis.
