No. ALX-201-330).Method: To each test tube, 2ml of assay buffer (75mM TRIS, pH 7.4, 1M sodium azide, 10µM zinc chloride, 10µM fluorescent peptide substrate) was added. Reactions were initiated by the addition of 20µl (1µg/ml, final 10ng/ml) of ACE2 (human):Fc (human) (recombinant), Fc fusion control protein, and buffer only (for blank). Reactions were performed for 20min. at room temperature and stopped by addition of 0.2ml of 500mM EDTA. The fluorescence intensity was measured using luminescence spectrometer (Ex=320nm, Em=405nm).
