No. ALX-201-309) on glucose uptake in L6 cells.Glucose uptake in L6 skeletal muscle cells was examined and inhibition of insulin-stimulated glucose uptake by resistin was found (as expected: 1μg/ml). Rat myoblasts (L6) were cultured and differentiated into myotubes. Differential L6 cells were exposed tu resistin for various time and then incubated with or without insulin.
