Figure 1: SDS-PAGE using human recombinant His-tagged Adiponectin (Globular Domain) (Prod. No.
ALX-201-304).
Figure 2: Effect of human recombinant His-tagged Adiponectin (Globular Domain) (Prod. No.
ALX-201-304) on the phosphorylation of acetyl-CoA carboxylase(ACC) in C2C12 cells. C2C12 myocytes were treated with 3μg/ml of the recombinant proteins for 15 min. after serum starvation for 24 hours. 100µg per well of total cell lysate were separated on denatured SDS-PAGE gel. Immunoblot analysis was performed to measure phosphorylation of ACC with anti-phosphoACC antibody.Lane 1: 3μg/ml of human recombinant His-tagged Adiponectin (Globular Domain). Lane 2: 3μg/ml of a His-tagged control protein. Lane 3: Same volume of PBS.
