Reconstitution:Reconstitute with 40µl sterile, ultra-pure distilled water. This solution can then be diluted with PBS or other buffers.

Use/Stability:The reconstituted protein should be used immediately or stored in undiluted working aliquots at -20°C. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% BSA).

Scientific Background:The myeloid differentiation antigen CD14 acts as the major receptor for bacterial LPS. The dominant form of the recombinant wildtype CD14 ist the 50kDa protein.
