No. ALX-159-600in vitro.Method: Kinase assays with recombinant JNK1α1 enzyme produced in a reticulocyte lysate system (lanes 2-4) in the presence or absence of L-JNKI1 or TAT peptides (20µM final concentration) were performed as described [1]. L-TAT peptide (Prod. No. ALX-168-009) serves as control. The degree of JNK inhibition is determined by autoradiography of 32P-labelled c-Jun (aa 1-89) (upper panel). Coomassie staining shows that equal amounts of the c-Jun substrate were applied in all lanes (lower panel).Note: Inhibition by D-JNKI1 (Prod. No. ALX-159-601) requires higher concentrations in this in vitro assay. Minus indicates no peptide added. Signal in the first lane without the recombinant JNK1a1 added results from JNK background activity in the reticulocyte lysate that was used to produce JNK1a1.
