Formulation:	Liquid. In SDS-PAGE sample buffer, pH 8.8, heated for 10 min. at 70°C and containing 40Mm TRIS-hydrogen chloride, 1% SDS, 50mM DTT, 7.5% glycerol, and 0.003% Bromophenol Blue. Concentration 2mg/ml.
