Miscellaneous/General:	The zinc finger protein A20 is a tumor necrosis factor and Interleukin-1 (IL-1)-inducible protein that negatively regulates NFkappaB gene expression. A20 is expressed at low levels in most organs, the highest expression levels being in lymphoid tissues. It has been shown that the A20 protein level is increased in lung neutrophils after endotoxemia.
