Pin1 ELISA kit

ADI-900-146 96 wells 592.00 USD
Do you need bulk/larger quantities?

  • Sensitive - use less precious sample per test
  • Higher throughput - test up to 40 samples in duplicate in just 3 hours
  • Quantitative - obtain statistically signficant results and compare data between multiple experiments
  • Ready-to-use - pre-coated plates save time and reduce errors
The Pin1 EIA kit is a colorimetric immunometric enzyme immunoassay kit with results in 3 hours. Absorbance is read at 450 nm. Save time, money, and precious sample with fully quantitative results and increased sensitivity compared to Western blot analysis.

Scientific Background:Pin1 is a member of the parvulin family within the peptidyl-prolyl cis-trans isomerase (PPIase) group of proteins. The N-terminal Pin1 WW domain recognizes a specific motif of phosphorylated serine or threonine residues preceding a proline. Once bound, Pin1 catalyzes the cis-trans isomerisation of the proline-containing protein. Pin1 has been implicated in neurodegenerative disorders such as Alzheimer’s Disease, and is overexpressed in many human cancers. Pin1 is involved in many basic cellular processes including cell-cycle regulation, transcription, differentiation, and proliferation.

UniProt ID:Q13526 (human)
