A 16-page catalog featuring 14 focused compound libraries is now available from Enzo Life Sciences. The Screen-WellTM compound libraries are focused collections of compounds ideal for assay validation, receptor de-orphaning, high content or traditional lead screening, and other pharmacological applications. Compounds are supplied in 100 or 500µl of DMSO, dispensed into 96-well plates, and are in stock for next day delivery. This ready-to-screen format, together with the focus of each library on a defined group of compounds, makes the Screen-Well™ libraries convenient and cost-effective collections of compounds suitable for individual assays or high-throughput screening.
The latest addition to the Screen-Well™ collection of compounds is a library of 640 FDA-approved drugs which have been carefully selected to maximize chemical and pharmacological diversity. It contains clinically-relevant pharmacophores for structure-activity relationship (SAR) or toxicity studies and is ideal for drug repurposing and repositioning programs. Also featured are libraries for chemical genomics applications (ICCB known bioactives, ion channel ligands, and various inhibitors), receptor de-orphaning (bioactive lipids, endocannabinoids, fatty acids, nuclear receptor ligands, orphan ligands, and neurotransmitters), and two libraries of natural products for lead screening.
Enzo Life Sciences Screen-Well™ libraries are supported by a team of Ph.D. chemists with decades of pharmacology experience and expertise, manufactured to stringent quality standards, and stored under carefully controlled conditions. All compounds are available individually for resupply.
